DNA replication

  1. DNA helicase unwind the double strand DNAat replication fork
  2. The hydrogen bond between base pair are broken to form two template DNA strands
  3. The single strand protein bind to the unpaired DNA to stabilise it
  4. RNA permase synthesis RNA primer and bind to template DNA
  5. The DNA polymerase join the free nucleotides from the nucleoplasm to the DNA strand
  6. Starting from the RNA primer toward the replication fork in 3' to 5' direction of the old template DNA
  7. Another DNA polymerase replace the RNA primer with free nucleotides
  8. A new complementary strand is formed , called leadding strand
  9. Along another strand of template DNA, DNA polymerase formed okazaki fragment
  10. A different DNA polymerase replace the RNA primer with free nucleotides
  11. The DNA ligase join the okazaki fragment to form lagging strand
  12. Two strand of new DNA are simultaneously
  13. Each new DNA molecule is consits of one parental and one new complementary strand
